By ordering you agree with these terms and conditions and form a legally binding contract with The Queen Ring, registered in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
All prices are including VAT where applicable and do not include shipping or handling. We cannot be held responsible for any typing or software errors. Custom work will be priced according to labour and raw material costs. Any classes given will have a fee based on duration, travel time and use of materials.
We sell both on- and offline. We try to keep separate stock as much as possible, but especially one-offs or items marked 'limited availability' may run out before we ca update the website to reflect this. If this should occur, we will contact you as soon as possible and work out what works best for you. We will order in new stock if possible, if not, you may choose a comparable replacement or a refund.
Payments are due within 7 days of placing the order. If no payment has been received, we will contact you and extend a three day grace period if you reply. After 10 days after the order date, we reserve the right to cancel your order if no or insufficient payment has been received. In case of partial payment, any payment received will be refunded.
Shipping is calculated based on weight, volume and carrier options chosen. We reserve the right to adjust shipping to reflect actual costs of shipping.
We wrap orders to survive shipping well. Once we hand it to the courier or post office, we can't control what happens to it though and we cannot be held responsible for a shipper losing or breaking your package if it was sent uninsured. If you did buy insurance, we will replace any items up to the limit of the insurance as long as you enable us to make a claim with the shipping service.
If you'd like to pick up your order at an event, please be aware that only fully paid for orders will be reserved for you. Unpaid orders will be treated as stock until they are paid.
Please do not drop by our storage location unannounced, there may very well be nobody available to help you. We only allow orders to be picked up by appointment to avoid leaving you standing in the cold. If you haven't paid up front, we can only take exact payment for your order, for everyone's safety we do not have change available.
If an order is cancelled before it is sent, your whole payment will be refunded After shipping, the terms for returns are applicable.
We try to give an adequate description and image of our products. As per the Dutch regulations for online purchases, an order may be returned within 14 days without further comment. A refund will be applied once the order is returned to us in the original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse insufficiently wrapped or paid for returns.
In custom orders, we reserve the right to refuse a return. If you approved of the design and an image of the end result, we will do up to 10 minutes of alterations on it for free, after which we reserve the right to charge an hourly fee.
